Today, Temple held its annual spring fling. This day celebrates the
beginning of spring and the ensuing end of the semester. During this event,
student organizations would sit at tables across Liacouras Walk, across Polett
Walk, and some of 13th street. Every table had a carnival style game that was a
fundraiser for their organization.
The Alpha Pi chapter held its very own
table. The game was similar to water pong, where the contestant attempted to
throw a ping pong ball into a cup. If they were successful for 2 out of 3
shots, they won a goldfish. Overall, Temple students had a great time and our
table was very popular. We hope to have the same success at the next spring
fling.
