Hoops for Hope Hosted by AEPi and Kappa Alpha Psi

Today on the middle of Liacouras Walk Alpha Epsilon Pi and Kappa Alpha Psi hosted Hoops for Hope. Both chapters were raising money for Shaare Tzedek youth terrorist victims hospital in Jerusalem and St. Judes Children's Research Hospital. Many people came out to support the cause and enjoyed themselves greatly! This is just one of many different successful Philanthropy events that AEPi has done with other organizations on campus this year.

Omega Deuteron Pledge Class Initiated

Last night, The Omega Deuteron Pledge class became official brothers of Alpha Epsilon Pi after going through the ceremonial ritual at the house. The Pledge Master, Andrew Saltzman (2011), did a wonderful job taking the guys that Rush Chairman Dan Lyons (2012) brought to the chapter, and led them to be rightful brothers of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity.

The new brothers include:
-Taylor Forlano (Norristown, PA)
-Yosef Mcintosh (Harlem, NY)
-Joseph Schaefer (Derwood, MD)
-Ryan Josephs (Philadelphia, PA)
-Benjamin Hirsch (West Paterson, NJ)
-Geoffrey Allen (Philadelphia, PA)

AEPi on top of TUGA

Three Brothers from the Alpha Pi Chapter were elected to be on the Temple University Greek Association Eboard! TUGA is one of the largest organizations on campus and is in control of the ever growing greek community. Dan Lyons (2012) was elected President, Scott Rosnov (2013) was elected Vice President of Finance, and Aaron Wolf (2012) was voted in as Vice President of Communications. Once again AEPi is on top of the greek community! All three elected Eboard members will be installed to office at the end of the month!

Another Brother Elected Student Body Vice President

Alex Shelow (2011), was elected Vice President of Temple Student Government Thursday evening on a voting slate with 2 other people. Their slate, BreakThru TU, with their unique platform ideas beat out 2 other slates running for the position. Alex follows in the footsteps of former VP, and senior brother Jon DeSantis. This is a wonderful accomplishment and we are extremely proud of our brother!

Congratulations Brother Alumni!

Brother Yoel Tzion Israel f.k.a. HaMfaked ('09) of the Omicron Deuteron pledge class, currently getting his MBA at Bar-Ilan University in Israel, has announced his engagement to Dara Levine. The Alpha Pi chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi congratulates our Brother Alumni and says Mazel Tov on this wonderful announcement.

Chiddy Bang and Ground Up were at the mansion last night and put on a stellar performance! We raised money for our philanthropy Shaare Zedek and rocked out to some great music! Everyone had a blast and we plan on doing more events like this in the future.
